I have had 3 custom pieces made: -A diamond inserted into an 18k gold ring -Pieces of 21k gold jewelry melted down into a solid 24g bangle bracelet -14k aquamarine cross and ring made onto a necklace and earrings. I have also had multiple pieces repaired and sized. Egor’s work is impeccable.
This is a small business run by two very nice, and professional guys. I went in with a stone that needed resetting. I told them what I wanted, and they were very attentive, made notes and told me that they would have to create the setting since the measurements were not standard. They do everything on the premises so I knew that my stone would not get sent out. Within a couple of days, I was told I could come in to look at the wax cast, and approve before they started the work, which I did. With in a week it was done, and when I went to pick it up, I was surprised that it exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship was outstanding, and the finished piece was just stunning. They do all of this for a very fair price, and they really care about the workmanship. I would recommend this jeweler to anyone who needs a repair, or a design. I will never go to anyone else, this is the place!
I cant say enough good things about the whole team at Jewelry Express Works. When I first went in I only expected to look at different diamond sizing and colors but you guys won me over after you found me an incredible 2crt D vvs2 diamond for 1/4 the price of the online retailer I was looking at. In addition the team custom replicated the setting design that I wanted and worked with me to improve it, 3D printed a test setting and made the final ring within a week and half! It came out incredible, my fiancé cant stop looking at it.
I recently had my engagement ring setting made at Jewelry Express Works, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the final product is so so beautiful. I'm very particular about design and made several requests for adjustments, but Igor was more than happy to accommodate. The end result is an absolutely stunning ring. I would recommend them!!
Igor was so kind and accommodating when I reached out to design a ring. I brought in several pieces from my grandmother and we designed a piece that would fit my lifestyle perfectly. Turnaround was quick and the process was seamless. Certainly recommend and will be coming here for future custom pieces :)
