This jewelry store is fantastic! I took my necklace there that i inherited frommy Aunt and he fixed the clasp within 10 minutes. I thought for sure i would have to drop it off. I had been in there before and each time i love it even more!!! Definitely recommend to everyone
Fantastic service and highly skilled jeweler and staff. My wife walked in with a loose diamond in the basket of her wedding ring, and inquired about a repair drop off and price. The jeweler fixed it on the spot and didn’t charge anything. What customer service! Ya’ll just found a new customer for our jewelry wants and needs!
This jewelry store has outstanding service! I brought my diamond ring in with a loose prong and they fixed it in minutes at zero cost! What a blessing verses me having to send back to James Allen and not have my ring for a month. This is why I love coming here. Thanks for all you do!
I brought in a sentimental gold pendant that I couldn’t fit on any of my necklaces. They recommended a couple different ways to go about fixing it, & I ended up choosing to solder a bail onto it. I wish I had taken a before picture to compare, but it was given back to me looking brand new (15+ year old pendant) This is my second time coming here to get jewlery fixed & I am beyond pleased. They are attentive, affordable, quick, & reliable. Thank you guys so much again💗
Brung a pendent in for bail repair took about 3 days for the repair not a issue but when I returned to pick it up I didn’t notice there was holes from what I assume malt like something hot burned the pendent and left the Holes I didn’t notice until I was home in better lighting there where 3 holes on charm! I called and they asked I bring it back the next day after work. The ladies who work there are all nice they greet me I explain I picked up the piece yesterday and it was damaged and that it wasn’t when I did initial drop off, the lady takes it to whom I assume performed repairs no one knows how my charm/pendent was damaged mind you I have had this particular chain& pendant over 2yrs and I properly care and maintain all my insured items which is why I visited this location instead of the Asia lady in Chesapeake square mall. I was highly offended because for 1000% sure my charm wasn’t damaged on drop off outside of bail being broken! The shop did offer to repair and I picked the charm today, I asked the lady any idea what happened she says the jeweler said “ maybe dirt was filling holes when it was dropped off and that’s why I didn’t see it.” I was livid but I maintain my composure and dignity in that moment but let me tell you this I am a deacon, veteran and federal employee I did not appreciate the lack of accountability or the quality of service I received at this establishment. Idc about the money but the time you cost me was the ultimately most disappointing part of the entire experience like I mentioned the older Asian lady in mall could of knock out a bail repair same day and if she did happen to accidentally cause damage she would of told me after she performed repairs. I have added pictures of charm I just hope that the gold repairs on left chain test as 10k. In closing Pros: they did repair bail, the ladies where friendly. Cons: they have long wait times for simple repairs, potential for damaged items.
