I've used Jill Jacobs & Company CPA firm for my business, and for my personal tax matters. Jill and her staff have always been responsive, capable and professional in each of my many encounters. Whether I'm dealing with Jill directly, or her staff, they've always been great to deal with. In the past, I've had several poor experiences with other firms, so it was refreshing to find Jill Jacobs. If you're looking for a better CPA experience, I'd recommend checking out her firm. Jill and her team did an excellent job onboarding and completing my income tax returns in a short period of time. Having the option of using their document portal and communicating via email during the entire process made things easier for me. I've been using Turbotax software online for the past decade and needed to use their live tax preparer for the first time this year - it was a painful experience. Happy that I found Jill and her team!

Jill and her team were amazing to work with. Jill really explains things very well and had a great knowledge of tax law and the impact on her clients. She listens very well and was able to answer all of my questions to ensure that I understood my tax implications. She and her team were thorough and professional. I knew exactly when to drop off my information and when then would be complete because the office scheduled the process. It was extremely easy.
