We hired Jessie last year to complete our taxes. We provided all needed information over a month in advance of the filing deadline. Her team slow pedaled the requests for additional information and did not resolve or file the taxes until the week they were due. Only on tax day did we learn that they were unable to file the taxes, and we had to scramble to file an extension prior to the deadline. Ultimately we filed our own taxes and had to resolve many of the entries and calculations from Jessie’s team. The team did not seem knowledgeable about anything beyond basic W2’s. We will just use TurboTax in the future.
Jessie and her team have been a breathe of fresh air after two bad CPA experiences in a row! Additionally, our tax situation was fairly complicated from the jump, but the jmWilliams team took care of everything with no issues. Their process/systems in place make for a fantastic experience, which is crucial for anyone who hates doing their taxes. Jessie and her team have been helping with my complex taxes for the past few years, and they have been incredibly easy to work with.
