Garrett and Owen from John the Plumber were fantastic to work with. They showed up on time, treated my home with real care, and left zero mess. Their approach to leak detection was extremely thorough, and they walked me through everything with clear, and practical advice. It turned out to be something completely different than what I thought and these two nailed it. The bonus is that the price is very competitive. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing help.
Another great experience with Aaron from John the Plumber in the books. Aaron is professional, knowledgeable, and kind - all the things we want when someone comes to our home to provide a service. He was patient with our barky dog (befriended her in minutes), remembered being at our house and checked in casually about the issue we had last time, and finished the task at hand quickly and with explanations of things we should know. I asked Aaron if I could take a picture of him with our dog (then sitting next to him as he worked), and I posted it to my personal instagram. A friend wrote to me, "That's Aaron! He's been to our house. He's great."
I had a very positive experience with John the Plumber. I called the telephone number and made an appointment. Due to outside circumstances, I required a specific window of time, to schedule the appointment. They were very accommodating. Geoff showed up at the scheduled time. He was courteous and took his shoes off, as to not track dirt into my unit. He let me know the cost of the job before he started. He installed the new faucet in a jiffy. He was very diligent about cleaning up his work space. As an added bonus, he took away the old faucet to be recycled. Very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. I would highly recommend John the Plumber.
The team and plumber Eric was pleasant and professional throughout the entire process. They offered me earlier appointments as they came up and didn’t give me any trouble when I asked to adjust my own. Eric arrived on time and called ahead. The job was well done and everything was cleaned up afterwards. I would eecommend Eric and this service to others.
I had a great experience with Geoff from John the Plumber. I needed an outside water shutoff valve and a frost free hose bib to replace my old one. I was able to schedule an appointment in an evening for the next morning. Geoff was on time (and gave me a call shortly before to let me know he was on his way) and worked quickly and efficiently (in -15 degree weather!) He was courteous, friendly, and answered all the questions I had about the valve and the new hose bib. The work was done without any issues and he kindly responded to some follow-up questions I had after the appointment. I'd recommend Geoff and John the Plumber to anyone else looking for quality work and convenient availability!
