The team at Joseph Jewelers are exactly who you want on your team. They are all out-of-their-way helpful, because that is who they genuinely are. We spoke on the phone about a concern I had with my ring, and they were already great (advice: first review the ringmaker’s preference/policy on repairs - helpful!) Next, when I brought it in for review, while they were inspecting it, decided to go ahead and fix it — and handed back to me a perfectly polished and beautiful piece. No mention of a fee, just a big smile and happy holidays, come see us if you need us. Such an awesome team.
Beautiful rose gold diamond engagement ring. Such high quality and just exquisite craftsmanship. Very pleasant experience dealing with Tony and Bobby. This jewelry store is amazing! I met with Evette for a last minute fix on my wedding ring and she was able to get it fixed in under five minutes and at not cost. Service was fast, friendly, personal, and professional. As an added plus, the store is so beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend for all jewelry needs!
We’re so happy that we worked with Tony and the team at Joseph jewelry! My wife and I got a custom engagement ring and an antique engagement ring re-sized, and then came back the next year to get custom wedding bands for the both of us! Throughout the process Tony was so kind and knowledgeable and we came away with rings that we both love!
