We had a fantastic experience at Joybird, thanks largely to Charlie. We visited the store three separate times because we wanted to be completely confident in our choices, and Charlie was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every single visit. He took the time to walk us through mapping out our home, coordinating color schemes, sizing, and even accessories so everything would work together cohesively. The follow-up emails were also extremely helpful and made the entire process feel smooth and well thought out. Even better, our couch arrived in about five weeks—much faster than expected since we were able to beat the holiday rush. The final product turned out beautifully and fits our space perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Highly recommend Joybird and especially Charlie!
Fantastic experience. Went in a few weeks ago with my husband and was helped by the amazing Tatiana! We purchased the Bryant sectional which arrived incredibly fast. Couch was beautiful and so comfortable. I went back the day after It was delivered to buy another modular section to add to it. Tatiana helped me again, and she was just as pleasant and wonderful. Will definitely recommend this location!
We were very impressed by the store and the in store experts. Scott was very helpful both in store showing us the sectional and fabrics we were interested in and quickly updating our order once we decided the next day to move forward. Highly recommend visiting the store so you can see styles and fabric samples in person.
I wanted to leave a GREAT review for Scott Lee at the Philly showroom. Although I sadly wasn’t able to move forward due to limitations in my space, Scott was an amazing help! I have a unique sizing situation & unfortunately the width of my unit door just won’t accommodate the piece I wanted. He was so kind, welcoming, relatable & patient throughout. I wanted to see both the Briar & Elliot sleeper sofas. He showed me a multitude of options without overwhelming me once, allowed me to test the Tempurpedic mattress for awhile, showed me fabrics in different lighting, comped sizes & was very informative. I had a very relaxing & somehow fun experience at the showroom & highly recommend him. I left with fabric samples & he made sure to follow up. Even after not being able to move forward, he kindly suggested ideas to help ease the disappointment lol. I can only assume my experience would’ve continued to be a positive one had I been able to purchase. I will hopefully be back in the future sometime for my dream sofa or other. Thanks Scott!
Safiya helped me choose my dream couch and i LOVE it. I’ve had a Joybird sofa pinned for years and finally decided to go for it. The many color choices were a little overwhelming but Safiya gave me the perfect balance of space and support to make the choice! It took a little over a month to receive because i went with the Pantone collection thats special order, but worth the wait. Very happy with my purchase!
