Phenomenal job on the repairs/body work. Car looks brand new after extensive rear damage. Excellent communication throughout the entire process with me and my insurance company. Car was spotless/clean at pickup. Woman at the front desk was awesome and Mike is the best! I hope I don't need body work again, but if I do, JPS is now my go-to, especially as a certified GM shop. Highly recommend!
JPS Collision did an incredible job on my Acura. The paint came out absolutely perfect—matched flawlessly and finished like factory. All the body lines are aligned beautifully, and you’d never even know the front end was ever impacted. On top of the quality repair, they even washed and vacuumed the car before handing it back to me, which was a really nice touch. The car looks brand new again. Outstanding work, great attention to detail, and truly professional service from start to finish. Highly recommend JPS Collision to anyone who wants their car repaired the right way.

I was involved in a hit and run and this shop was recommended by GEICO for repairs. I received my car back cleaner than when I left it. However, a month later I continued to hear a knocking sound on where the repairs were done. I contacted them and they towed my vehicle back to the shop. I was contacted by George and he told me they missed a repair that needed to be made. Needless to say I was frustrated as they originally had my vehicle for approximately 3 weeks. I still had rental days available so I just went and got the rental. I was scheduled to be out of town and contacted the manager Mike and he said my vehicle would not be ready till after my trip, as an inspection still needed to be done. I told him my rental was expiring that Sunday. He stated if they were unable to complete Friday morning they would pay for the rental. I said okay. He then proceeded to contact me that afternoon and stated that my car would be ready for pickup Friday morning. I picked my car up Friday morning and the knocking noise is still there. I called the shop and spoke to the girl at the front desk and she told me I don’t know how that could be because they fixed it -_- In my head I’m literally thinking apparently they didn’t if I’m still hearing the knocking noise. Spoke to Mike and he told me to bring the car back. I have been working endlessly hours and have been unable to return and I’m still driving with the knocking noise on my vehicle. It is so frustrating that they couldn’t make the necessary repairs the first time and now I still have to find a way to take it back so they can fix it. I should have just taken my vehicle to the dealership where they would have repaired it completely the first time around. Trying to get in for round 3.
Great experience overall. Insurance and JPS communicated great, which made it a seamless experience. I was able to make an appointment and get picked up by the rental car company the same day. JPS finished the car 4 days earlier than what they had predicted, which was great, and they washed the vehicle before I picked it up. I was able to return the rental car back to JPS rather than directly to the rental company. Hopefully I don’t need to get my car repaired again, but I would come back.
