I contacted JR’s Auto Detailing and was impressed by how helpful and responsive Zay was in providing a quote. After booking my appointment, Vanessa followed up the day before to confirm the details. When I arrived to have my car wrapped in PPF, Kathleen greeted my husband and me and provided us with what would be done and she also text me later in the day to provide me with an update and when I could pick up the car. At pickup, Sam explained everything that had been done and went over the lifetime warranty. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with an auto detailing service. I highly recommend JR’s Auto Detailing and appreciate the entire team for their excellent service.
I’ve brought two vehicles to JR’s auto. The first one was an older low km truck and they did a fantastic job, went above and beyond even touching up rock chips with a paint pen before applying PPF. The truck never looked better than when it left their shop and not one edge on the PPF lifted after 3 years of northern Alberta driving. Just received my second truck back from them and again am impressed by the quality and professionalism of their service. I can rest easy knowing the attention to detail was put in as well as standing behind their installs with exceptional warranty. I’ve always recommended JR’s auto to friends as well as family and will continue to do so in the future.

From the moment I walked in, Kathleen and the team made me feel like a valued customer—professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. The owner, JR, was also hands-on and made sure everything was done to perfection. I brought in my 2019 Ram 3500 for full ceramic coating, and the attention to detail was second to none. They coated every inch of the paint, plastics, glass, and wheels—no corners cut. The results are absolutely stunning. The truck looks better than new with an incredible shine and depth that really pops. You can tell this team takes pride in their work.
