Had my wheel sensor replaced on my 2015 JK @ J&T Automotive. My visit was terrific. It couldn't gone more smoothly. The facility was clean and the staff was professional. I waited there because the repair was performed promptly when I brought it in. I'll be bringing the Jeep back there for all my future service.
I have been a customer for about 20 years. They always go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. The whole stuff is great. I recently had two issues with my vehicle they provided a shuttle and Uber so that I didn’t have to wait for ours totally complimentary. Grant and Jeremy are knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend J&T
My husband and I recently had our Jeep Wrangler JR towed to J and T Automotive to have issues with the transfer case addressed along with a health and safety check-up. We were so impressed we just had to share our experience. It was so refreshing to have Grant work with us every step of the way. He kept us informed at every turn managing updates on shipped parts, providing estimates for parts and/labor and informing us when they found the need to replace the outer drag link tie rod end. Grant spent time showing us a better way to manage the transfer case shifting when we are towing the Jeep. When we picked up the Jeep the night before Thanksgiving, the Jeep looked brand new! Thanks for the detailed cleanup. The office of the shop was clean and welcoming, everyone was cheerful and helpful. We could tell these people love their jobs. This is by far the best experience with an automotive business we have ever had. Thank you! Bob and Lisa Breen
The starter went out in my truck the day before needing to travel (as usual). Brian at J&T got me in the next morning first thing and had my truck back to me by lunch time! Amazing service and great price, very quick, helpful and courteous. 100% will be bringing all my cars there again.
This repair shop is highly organized, and has a super knowledgeable, and friendly, staff. They did an inspection for all repairs that should, optimally, get attention. And, these were compiled into a detailed report with low to high urgency, including actual photos of identified issues, and contained detailed custom notes for each. From there, I was able to get a price quote for repairs I wanted to perform. The cost was reasonable, especially for the level of professionalism/expertise shown here. They arranged a shuttle service, and had me on my way back home within 5 minutes. Then, the vehicles finished within a half day, including the time to acquire the part. Very satisfied overall. And, I have to also mention that their shop is kept extremely clean/organized in a 5S fashion. I highly recommend J & T.
