As a mom, seeing my kids happy means everything. My boys had such a great time at Jungle Hut, and the private party we hosted there was wonderful and stress-free. The staff were kind and caring, and the experience was truly lovely. We will definitely be back.
Took my boys to Jungle Hut and they were very happy. We also had a private party and it was amazing. You can really tell it’s under new management — great customer service. Highly recommend.
My first time visiting Jungle Hut I was pleased by the good customer service and my kids had fun. I loved the variety of toys for toddlers and little kids to play with but there was a bad stench coming from the rest room that's directly infront one of the play areas. The cost is reasonable. I paid $42 for 2 kids. Overall I will visit again. Update: Visited again its a really fun place for the kids I suggest going early when there's not much crowd and I am so happy there was no bad stench coming from the bathroom. Great customer service. We love it there.
This afternoon I came with my children hoping to have a pleasant time, but unfortunately, it wasn't like that at all. The person who served us was very rude. She was cleaning the areas where my children and I had been, even though we were the only three people there. I don't know why she was doing that; it really bothered me. I couldn't relax with my children. The smell in the bathrooms was disgusting, even though she was cleaning. I definitely do not recommend this place.
My kids really love this place. It's generally very quiet and has both trampolines and a climbing structure, which is best of both worlds. Does it feel as clean/new as some of the other places? No. But i also can sit down and see/hear my kid from most any spot and very rarely hear loud screaming. I don't ever leave here being too overstimulated, so a win win
