Just Tires on Capital Blvd saved the day! Last night my tire blew out on i95 from shrapnel, and after changing to a low psi donut, driving under 25mph to locate 4 non-working air stations, successfully airing up and then driving the remaining trip home on back roads at 35-50mph, needless to say, I was eager to get this donut off and my tires replaced ASAP. Michelle was able to fit me in their schedule this morning and start my car right away, addressing all my concerns about checking for damages with an estimate on hand, and Robert patiently answered all of my questions about road hazard protection (worth it!), payment, and rebates. Although busy, all of the staff were friendly, and the waiting room was accommodating. My Subi is running great again, thanks guys! 🙏🏼☺️
When I arrived, I was the only customer there, so I expected quick service. Unfortunately, I was turned away because their state inspection certification was not up to date. This was disappointing, especially since the certification is a basic requirement for their business. It made me question how well they keep up with training and other essential standards. I had set aside time to come here, but left without the service I needed. With so many other options nearby, I’m not sure I would trust them with my car in the future.
When visiting Just Tires at 6051 Capital Blvd Raleigh, NC 27616 on a Wednesday afternoon. I was greeted with a big welcoming smile by LT the Assistant Manger. I will start with normally my husband handles all automotive responsibilities. BUT I needed to get my tires rotated and balanced and it had been put off from getting long enough and we were taking a long trip to see family in NY the following week. Therefore, it was up to me to take care of business. Again, I arrived and THANK goodness for LT! He immediately came outside checked my tires and told me per Just Tires policy my tires tread was so worn down they weren’t allowed to balance and rotate and I was in desperate need of two new tires. Completely lost I asked what we needed to do. LT explained options told me about different types a treads of tires and honestly went ABOVE and beyond to help me and make sure I understood all options. I picked the tires needed. Unfortunately, they were not in stock but LT said he could order them and make me an appointment for the following day. He assured he would be working and all would be taken care of. DONE! The following day again, I arrived to LT’s friendly smile welcoming me in and taking my keys and getting everything handled. After the job was complete I went to pay with our Just Tires card as my husband has been going there for years. To our surprise the card wasn’t working. We tried over and over again. Finally called my husband and he called customer service and all was support to be handled. LT and I then proceed to try again and again - NOTHING. By this time the store hours was nearing closing and still I was able to pay with my card. LT then called customer service himself and after what seemed like years we talked through the problem and all worked out and I paid. With all that being said LT is the MVP! I was incredibly pleased with his professionalism and dedication to providing outstanding service and going above and beyond to help me throughout the tire purchasing process. Thank you, LT for all of your help!
Hello everyone Recently I went to Just Tyers in Capital Blvd for my vehicle’s engine oil change. I left my car and after 30-40 mints later they called me and said, there is nail into my rare right tyre. They can fixed it for $20.00 bucks. I was really surprised to hear that and I had strong believe that there is nothing happen because my vehicle’s did not give me any sign. I told them dont worry leave that like that. I came and picked up my car. I forgot to ask them to show me the nail on my tyre. But unfortunately very next day morning my car shown me the sign and I saw it was almost flat tyre. It could be happen but the problem was the tyre is front right one which is really new and 1 month old. Just Tyre was informing me for rare tyre but this one is in front right tyre. And my experience in whole life i saw nail is going straight into the tyre but this one pushed vertically a flat tyre repair drill bit. And cut it shapely as the tyre is. I have strong doubt they did it to make some extra money. So please be cautious before you go back there! Thanks
