Got a flat tire warning so brought my car in. Within half hour they got back to me and said there was no sign of a leak so just topped the air off and a new valve at no charge. Honestly the best!
always superb, professional service, the team at KalTire have been looking after my cars and trucks for 10 years. Always 5 star service. Today in/out in 20 minutes for a winter tire changeover. Thanks, David
If you want to get your tires changed here just keep in mind they get very stressed out if you can’t pick your car up 90 minutes after they’re finished. I didn’t know this until I arrived and they even suggested that I rebook my appointment, which would have been a big hassle. They don’t have a lot of parking space is the issue. It would be great if this was communicated previous to showing up. Otherwise, they did a good job and I’ve always had a good experience at the terminal location.
Went in today without appointment, Marco took a look at my car. He was professional and made me felt super welcomed at Kal tires. Just wanna say that theres a reason I comfortably recommend this particular Kal tires branch to my friends, Marco is part of that reason.
I seriously can NOT believe the horrible treatment I received at Kal Tire at this location. I went in to change over my winter tires and they have to be taken off the rims. Last year, one of the tires was getting low every couple of days so I literally begged them to check for the leak and fix it before they put the tires on. The first guy chuckled. The second guy talked to me like a dense old woman who didn't know what she was talking about. I am a professional driver and a Teamster. I know what I'm talking about when I make a request. SO...nobody checked the tires, they gave me 5 excuses as to "what it might be" then, through a chuckle, said "bring it back if it happens". They didn't have the time to honour my request but had the time to try to upsell me on a brake job. Not only was this treatment offensive, they were WRONG! 2 days later I have a flat. I found the nail myself and had to call a mobile unit to plug it until I can get a new tire. Please do better when women come into your store.
