I worked with the Kaleidoscope Events team for month-of-coordination for my September 2025 wedding and had the best experience. I initially met with Samantha, who owns the business, and was very impressed by her passion and confidence in event planning. I also met with a few planners from other businesses but ultimately decided to work with Kaleidoscope. Their package transparency, eagerness to collaborate, and professionalism was hard to pass on. Once my wedding month had arrived, I mostly worked with Biana, who was an absolute delight. She was always available and very helpful. She struck the perfect balance between professional and friendly, and I always looked forward to our meetings together. I consider myself a very organized person and spent a lot of time planning out every wedding detail so carefully; however, Kaleidoscope still managed to think of plenty of things that I had not considered myself. During the wedding weekend, my family could not stop raving about how amazing Biana was, and that I had lucked out to find her (I couldn't agree more!). I was able to be fully present knowing my wedding was in the best of hands. If anything went wrong, I wasn't aware of it, that is how perfectly the day went! If you are looking for a month-of-coordinator, I would highly recommend Kaleidoscope Events. If you are looking for more help, I have no doubt that their planning packages are even more amazing.
We cannot express enough gratitude for Kaleidoscope Events! They brought our wedding plans to life flawlessly. Their communication was quick, reliable, and efficient, putting me at ease throughout the entire photography planning process. The quality of their work is truly the highest, as they crafted a seamless luxury experience for both the bride and groom, as well as all of their guests. Their creativity, attention to detail, and proactive resolution skills were evident in every aspect of the day, from the stunning floral arrangements to the seamless flow of the event. Facilitating a wedding across several locations in Boston successfully takes grand planning skills and as an industry professional with many years of experience, I remain quite impressed. Hiring Samantha and the Kaleidescope Events team was the BEST decision we made! Samantha has a wealth of knowledge on the industry, vendors, and design. She will bring your dream vision to life all while working hard to stay within budget. We hired KE to orchestrate a private residence wedding of 150 guests in our back yard - she built the venue from the ground up and did not miss a single detail. All of our guests raved about the evening and most said it was the best wedding they’ve been to. She’ll work hard to do all of the tedious and stressful wedding details leading up to your big day so you can really enjoy every moment. We did not feel an ounce of stress during the process or on the wedding day. Samantha and her team are the hardest working group. We’ve recently had the pleasure of working with Samantha from Kaleidoscope Events as a floral vendor for their couple’s wedding and we simply cannot recommend her enough!
