Katrina made our wedding day so special! We did not worry about a thing day of because we knew she had everything covered. She is so creative and has a great eye for design. She made sure every little detail was thought out and really made our vision come to life, making it better than I even imagined! Everything went so smoothly day of which I attribute to Katrina and her leadership. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner in the Charlotte area!

We could not have been more pleased that our daughter and her fiancé chose Katrina as their wedding planner. We are still in awe of the beauty she created for our daughter’s special day at the Biltmore Estate Deerpark, as well as the night before rehearsal dinner and welcome reception at the Biltmore Lioncrest. It was stunning, and even with all the preparations, neither of us could have imagined until we walked into the wedding ceremony, dinner, and reception how truly gifted she is as an unrivaled artist. Her mindfulness, guidance, and input were second to none. All her vendor recommendations were the best of the best. Katrina overlooked nothing. A simple recommendation to use Katrina as a wedding planner does not do justice…but a heartfelt gratitude of thanks and appreciation from the parents of the bride for a one-of-a-kind talent sums it up much better. Could not have picked a better person to plan our wedding. As an industry professional myself, I know how important it is to have someone on your team that is knowledgeable, empathetic and passionate and Katrina has never fallen short on any of those traits. Our wedding wouldn’t have been half of what it was without her.
My husband worked with her for my 40th birthday party and nothing was left undone. Every detail was tip top...the gorgeous decor, lighting, music, flowers, photographer, the small details like personalized/custom cups, napkins, cake, food, party favors, party loot, entertainment, etc. There was a last minute change of venue (due to weather) which she pulled off seamlessly including a bus to transfer guests to the new venue. All of the staff were professional yet fun and friendly. My fiends and party guests continue to talk and share memories & awesome photos from that night - this was not just pulling together a few pieces to throw a party - this was fine tuning every detail to a tee. I was o very surprised and Katrina was so much fun and so creative - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
