Extremely nice, extreme competence and knowledge with his heating & air skills. Derick offers a personal touch when dealing with his clients. I would desire to have him as our dependable and consistent service technician. Very highly pleased.

Can’t say enough about Wesley. Our system was having some problems and he was very thorough in his diagnostic explanation and overall handling of the problem. He was prompt, courteous and answered all my questions completely. From the receptionist who scheduled our quick appt (Wendy) to the tech, it was a great experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Derek was absolutely a delight and such a knowledgeable customer service technician with Kay Heating and Air. He certainly knows exactly what he’s doing and looking for as he services our unit and takes care of its yearly maintenance. Derek was so personable and thoughtful working in our home today.
