Nancy is really nice and helpful. She is always service with a smile. Helped me find a really beautiful ring and still waiting for my earrings.
1st watch I have ever bought & it was a great experience so I will be back. I was greeted as soon as I got there & as much as I was indecisive the Manager Angel was patient with me after trying on several watches. Store was clean & all employees looked like they were in a good mood I hope all Kay Jewelers are this way.

Hazel has been my go to person for the past few years, and she has continued to serve my family and I with excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
I had a lot of fun working with Nancy to create this custom band! She was very active in making sure I was happy with the design throughout the whole process and was very reassuring. She also consistently kept me updated on the status of the ring and I really appreciate her understanding and cooperation with my many requests! Definitely very happy with it and I love the way it compliments the engagement ring! Thank you again Nancy!!!
