I’ve been moved around the studio for years but never tried a class here. I’m so glad I finally did—this place is truly a hidden gem. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, and after each session I leave feeling peaceful and grounded. This is the place to go for yoga.

I highly recommend Prenatal Yoga with Stephanie Read. I was fortunate enough to practice with her from 14 weeks pregnant to 39 weeks. I have no yoga experience and thought it would be good to help prepare my body for birth. I got to participate in her studio sessions as well as an outdoor aqua series she developed during the summer. She has a wonderful presence and is so great at checking in on where her students are, physically and mentally, and adjusting the class accordingly. I felt like classes were customized to my needs, and that was so nice. It's been an hour each week I so look forward to, taking care of my body while also feeling pampered and tended to - exactly what I've needed during this time.
It’s a great environment with fun and supportive instructors. I never enjoyed yoga before coming here! I’ve found it inviting as a beginner. I sit at a desk most days and my flexibility is limited, but my inner critic thinks I should be able to do all the things. The Keller Yoga instructors help me with my mind as much as my body. It’s definitely worth a visit. 👍
