I love kerbys! It's ine of the best plant nurseries in the Brandon area. The staff is knowledgeable and the garden areas are well kept, plants always look bright and healthy. The one downside I the native plant section- I think there is a huge opportunity to expand this area ! I would love to see more variaty of native plants and especially host plants for butterflies.
This nursery is fantastic! They have a beautiful selection of healthy trees, plants, and shrubs, and everything is well cared for. Allison was extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose the right trees for my yard, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. Prices are fair, and the quality is outstanding—you can really see the difference compared to big box stores. I’ll definitely be coming back for more landscaping projects. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality trees and great service!
We've been purchasing plants from Kerby's for a little over 20 years now. We rarely have to replace them. These are good quality plants that have matured quite nicely over the years. Their prices are higher, but totally worth it. I do go there more often during the spring time to replenish the milkweed and nectar plants in my butterfly garden. We have some very hungry Monarch butterfly caterpillars. Most recently, I've been getting more butterfly host plants to attract the Buckeye and White Peacock butterflies. I always find & learn something new at Kerby's. It's also a great place to just walk around and take in the beauty of nature. Highly recommended!
Kerby’s has an excellent selection of flowers, bushes, and trees, and the plant quality is very good. The garden center has a pleasant vibe and an interesting layout. The staff members are competent, friendly, and glad to help. They can advise about planting, plant spacing, sun and water requirements, periodic fertilization and more - which is something the big box stores are unable to do very well. Kerby’s also has plenty of convenient parking. The pictures show their plants established in our yard. Many thanks to Kerby’s Nursery.
Undergoing a new Hobby of Monarch Butterfly madness lol. Came in with LOTS of questions and left with so much knowledge and beneficial plants. Also got started on growing my own milkweed and Zinnia fireball blend. Thank you everyone for helping me, I will no longer be going anywhere else!!!! The butterfly house is my goal!!!
