Bought a pair of trainers which were too small. Returned with recorded delivery for an exchange. Fast forward a week after confirmed delivery with no response. I have e-mailed 4 times, sent messages via Instagram and Facebook with not one single reply. Better hope you order correct as you are completely neglected after you give them your money.

I went into the store today to return a top my teenage son purchased. Unfortunately it was the wrong size and out with the 14 day refund or exchange period. I have to say Callum was extremely helpful and friendly. We were in fact able to exchange the top which was very much appreciated. Great customer service and understanding from Callum...thank you
Got to say, had a super experience today. My kids were desperate for Bearbricks, shop is open to 6.30 super handy, service is 10/10. Bought 3 and got one free. Lad serving in white CP was great. Took time to explain Travis Scott pricing for me. Now considering them
Very nice store, Maybe one of the best in Scotland, the sellers in it are very keen on providing help also are both decent sneakerheads. Got one of my dream shoes there. Since I am a size 12 which is really hard to buy deadstock sneakers, Kersh provide me a chance
