The staff up front was nice enough, but this was my 7th-8th time here and every time I notice more things falling apart and being held together by colored duct tape. They need to take a week and do a deep clean. There were broken balls everywhere, the dolphins were barely working and barely hanging on. Dirty socks everywhere. People just leaving their trash and not picking up (which i don't blame the staff for) and smashed chips and popcorn all over the place. Maybe enforce only eating at the tables. It sucks people have no respect for the place. There was some red dried liquid on the big blue and white slide which I hope wasn't blood but just juice. To pay $40 on a holiday for a 1 and 3 year old for this was a little disappointing.
On yesterday, I had a party for my grandson who will be eight on Christmas Day. This was bittersweet for me due to two lives that were taken from me in August of this year. The staff were so understanding and supportive of how I felt and what I needed. The party room was beautiful and clean. I couldn't have had his party at a better place. I truly want to say thank you to everyone especially the lady who assisted me doing his party. She constantly checked on me to make sure that everything was ok in every way. I recommend them to all of you. They are the best. ❤️❤️
Stacy the manger is incredibly awesome! My friend was nervous about her daughter's 2nd party being a hit, and Stacy made everything smooth, and relaxing. She did an AWESOME job with setup, and making sure we were all comfortable during our time attending the party. Though the pizzas were late, (not due to Kidz Jungle Land), I loved how Stacy was kind to extend my friend's time for her daughter's party. The party was a hit, and if you choose this place and work with Stacy and her team, you will NOT be disappointed! Thank you again Stacy, you were truly amazing, and did an awesome job! 🥰
We had an AMAZING time! Stacey the young lady who help register us for a party room was awesome person. We can in a crisis because our original venue fell through. She set us up for a time around the original party time. Not only that but she was our hostess. BABY!!!! When I tell you this woman was worth her weight in goal! And I maybe under explaining how good she was! We were in a rush to get things set up and unpack the vehicles. She decorated, set tables and everything! I can not gush more over our time there. She was the highlight of the day for me! There were sanitation stations throughout. The other staff were friendly and the play area was kept very clean. If you even want to through a party or just a day to bring the kids to run and play in a safe environment this is the place! I highly recommend families visit and enjoy a small piece of heaven on earth.
We hosted a private “Dino-FOUR” themed birthday party at Kids Jungleland, and I cannot say enough amazing things about Stacy, the manager. From the very beginning, Stacy went above and beyond — her communication was clear, friendly, and super helpful. She guided us through planning and decision-making, explained all of our options in detail, and made the process completely stress-free. What really stood out was her dedication. Stacy normally has Mondays off, but she made sure she was there specifically for our party — and she didn’t miss a beat. She helped carry in decorations, set up the party room, and constantly checked in to offer help or handle little things behind the scenes that made a big difference. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly! The two party attendants working with her were also fantastic — helping with cleanup, making sure the pizza and drinks were out on time, and just keeping everything on track without ever being in the way. The kids had an absolute blast, and honestly, I think the adults had just as much fun. I’m beyond grateful for all the help and care we received. We would absolutely consider hosting another party here again. Thank you, Stacy and the whole Kids Jungleland team, for making sure our little dude had a blast!
