Phenomenal! Kim handled our very complicated set of residential real estate transactions with skill, grace, serenity, and a great strategic mind. We had to sell quickly, buy, set up a “tenants in common”agreement, and deal with complicated San Francisco and Oakland real estate rules. At each turn, Kim gave us great advice. She is unmatched in Oakland, and a great asset throughout the Bay Area. If you need to get the job done quickly—and well—go to Kim. (She’s also very civic-minded and involved in the community so you'll feel extra good about working with her.)
Kim and her team are the best! Committed, patient, and knowledgeable. I both sold and bought with Kim, and really appreciated that she didn't rush me into a home. The home buying process is so overwhelming, but the moment I met Kim, the pieces started falling into place—and the “hurdles” became opportunities to evaluate, renegotiate, and find a way forward.
