HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH KINDRED PEST CONTROL,They came knocking on my door, and I trusted them to do a good job, so I signed a one-year contract until November. I called them to ask if they could do an inspection and another treatment, as I only wanted to pay for the service and was no longer under contract. All of this was verbal, and they told me they would only charge me for the visit and the treatment, a total of $108. Then they sent me a bill for $108, claiming they had done the work. That day was my daughter's birthday, December 6th, and they were charging me for work they hadn't done. The person who was supposed to do the work never showed up. I called them because they had sent me a bill, asking if someone from their company had actually done the work, and they responded that they send the bill before doing the work. They are also charging me $128, saying I needed to have an active account to receive the treatment, something the person who took the call never mentioned. I think there should be consequences for companies that are not honest and lie about providing a service, because I entrusted my home to people I shouldn't have trusted, people who lack the ethics of providing a service and who hide the truth about how they treat their customers.
Michael Hoston was polite and thorough on his visit. Communication was excellent, and he gave me all the details of what he conducted. Kindred has been the best pest control company that I have used over the years. Thanks, Michael, for your professionalism!
My partner and I just recently bought a home where our neighbor was getting serviced by Kindred. They were currently running a great deal on the initial service and their quarterly services, which are also a great price! We had been looking for a pest company to come and service us sine we've moved that. What really sold me to Kindred was the kindness and professionalism of their staff. You can tell they truly care about their craft and their customers. Brianna took the time explaining the everything—from their service plans to even the breakdown of the bugs and insects they spray for. Jeremy Johnson did our initial spray. He was on time and professional throughout the service. Cantrell Hardy did our quarterly spray today, and though no one was home, he was in constant communication with me from the time he was on the way, to the time he finished. Overall, great people and a great price! I am super happy with their service and can't wait to continue working with them. Thank you, Kindred!
Latest 11/21: Today, Xavier came and inspected/sprayed the front yard, backyard and garage. No matter which tech comes, they are always so polite and professional. I’ve been using Kindred for two years and have had zero issues, so I think they are doing a great service! Daniel S was very thorough and professional. He explained what he was going to do and made sure I understood and was okay either it. Very friendly and helpful! Second visit, to spray the inside of house, also went very well. Michael H performed the service quickly and efficiently. Very professional!
Shunton did an amazing job. He was so friendly, kind, and very well manner. We are happy with his service. He was also very prompt. He has the friendliest smile, and you can tell he enjoys his job. I hope we get him for our next service. All of the other technicians have done a great job.
