My wife and I recently went to King Living at Newcastle to purchase a new lounge. We were impressed by the options available but we were even more impressed by the staff. The staff were very attentive, allowing us to browse but always ready to answer any questions we had regarding the furniture. We ended up with a lounge set that that we are very happy with and the staff assisted with many options and extras to make it suit our space and needs. We particularly loved the fabric options that were durable enough to withstand our two dogs! Would highly recommend.

The staff made me feel valued and comfortable throughout, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A mention too to the men who came to recover my lounge were amazingly patient and understanding. Amazing new King sofa and chairs for the kids. Absolutely in love with how it looks and how comfortable it is. The team at the Newcastle showroom has been super helpful and they had a lot of time for me even after changing my mind many times ❤️
