Beata was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process, and very patient with us as it took us a few visits to the showroom to ensure we had chosen the right design and fabric. She was also able to extend the black Friday discount for us as we couldn’t get there on time before the offer expired. It was a great experience and can’t wait to get our new sofa delivered!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service from Jaxson at King Living. My partner and I walked into King not expecting to buy anything — we had visited a few months earlier and were really just browsing to see what was on sale. The moment we walked in, a sofa caught both of our eyes. While we were testing it out, Jaxson approached us. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and smiley, and he offered help without making us feel pressured. He answered all our questions, showed us features we had no idea the sofa even had, and then took us to see another sofa we were interested in. The store was closing, so we decided to return the next day — and we specifically wanted to come back when Jaxson was working because of how comfortable and easy he made the whole experience. It honestly felt like chatting with a friend. When we returned the next day, Jackson was just as warm and helpful. He walked us through all the material options, explained each one clearly, and gave both personal and professional insight, which made it so much easier for us to choose the right one. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products, the materials, and all the additional features. His attentiveness really stood out. We’re so grateful for his amazing customer service and the genuinely heart-warming, welcoming way he interacts with customers. Thank you, Jaxson — you made our experience exceptional!
Loved coming into King Living to buy a sofa. Everyone was super welcoming and helpful in guiding me to make the right choice. I finally decided on the Haven with the help of Hejar who described everything in detail and made me consider the purchase overnight since it was a clearance purchase I couldn’t return after. Excellent salesman, very thorough! Jordan was also a lot of help going through all the options for the 1977 and Aura but in the end I loved the Haven most and got an amazing price for it. Can’t wait for it to come home!

Great experience shopping for Aura Sofa. After seeing their sofas on Instagram & website, went to their showroom to check them out in person before making a decision. Hejar was very helpful to help me understand dimensions of different modules, different fabric options, providing quotes for various options. I can't wait to have the new Aura Sofa at my home!
