Kingpin Norwood is such a fun, well‑run spot to spend time with family and friends. The venue is modern, clean, and packed with things to do — bowling, arcade games, and plenty of space to relax between rounds. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere has that perfect mix of lively and comfortable, making it easy to hang out for hours. A great choice for group outings or casual weekend fun.
The place is gorgeous but the place can only be gorgeous with good staff like the staff member mahdi. We were 6 people and he spent alot of his time by encouraging us with helping in games he is so calm handling everything in very busy environments absolutely fine place
Went there first time for a party invite. Love the vibe. Nice gaming arcade. 2 bowling arenas. Overall welcoming atmosphere.
Absolutely stunning service! Came here for bowling with lots of my colleagues, and there was so much entertainment. The place was elite, loved the bowling, the service from the staff and literally everything. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Arcade was lots of fun, got me a silly little toy from the machine as well. 🤣 Food was lovely, simple bites and enough to keep me satisfied. 🥰 Special thanks as well to Chris and Archie whom I met today, Chris was extremely helpful around the place, serving food, keeping us updated with changeovers, all of that :) Archie CB was around too, checking up on others and helping everyone have lots of fun. We cant forget Archie S, two Archies here, both legends! Archie S helped us all with laser tag, and was amazing in counting the tickets up for me after I began wrapping up my day. Amazing job all you three gents, you both definitely deserve great things for your work at Kingpin. 😎 I recommend this place 100%, and anyone looking for some good fun and food should come by!
We hosted our son’s 10th birthday party at Kingpin in October, and the whole experience was absolutely awesome! It was our first time hosting a birthday party outside the house, so we didn’t know what to expect. After speaking with a staff member on the phone, I booked the party online, and the confirmation came through right away. Closer to the date, another staff member called to go through the flow of the party, all the activities, and the food options. They answered all my questions and followed up with an email to confirm every detail. I was very impressed with Kingpin’s customer service. On the day of the party, we met our host, Archie, who was fantastic. He was patient with the kids, handed out their cards, and led them to the room to play Laser Tag. My son and his friends had a fantastic time playing all the games for an hour -even I joined in and had so much fun! The games were entertaining and interactive for both kids and adults. After the games and prize collection, Archie led the kids to the party table, which was nicely set up. The food was delicious. The kids (and we the adults) loved the chicken nuggets, burgers, and crispy fries. Archie went above and beyond with his friendliness and attention to detail throughout the event. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our son’s birthday. Highly recommend Kingpin to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free and cost-efficient party experience!
