First time to Kings was a time to remember. The staff, Entertainment, and the food were amazing. Our Bartender, JOEY, was the highlight of the night! We will be returning with friends in the future just for him! Overall Friendly environment, Great food, Even better service!
Customer service was great, got a lane quickly. The strings connected to the top of the pins seemed to mess with our game. There were clear strikes or spares that didn’t go through because they were slightly anchored by the strings. No classic guideline arrows. For accurate bowling, id recommend a more traditional alley. Good music though, and one of the workers without asking noticed we were looking for a certain size ball, helped us out.
We took my son and a friend to Kings Bowl North Hills this evening to eat dinner, bowl and enjoy the arcade. Our night got off on a bit of a bumpy start with some confusion about our order. The manager did a fantastic job making it right. When the food came it was very tasty and excellently prepared. The boneless wings are huge and are more like chicken tenders! They were well worth the price. The manager checked in with us several additional times throughout the evening to make sure that our time bowling and at the arcade were special. I hate that I didn't get his name so I could give him a proper shout out but well done, sir! We will definitely be going back soon!
I had never been to Kings before but decided to plan a visit here to see what it was all about. I called on a Tuesday to make reservations for the very next Friday night at 730pm for two people. That process was seamless and I even got a confirmation text 24 hours before my reservation. I arrived a bit earlier than my friend and was told I had to wait for my party but I would be checked in. That was no issue also so I decided to wait outside in front. After about five minutes my friend arrived and we were able to pay, get our shoes and lanes to start bowling. Immediately walking in I could feel the temperature rise significantly. Our lane given was number 8 closer to the back of the establishment. As we started to get settled we started to sweat. After speaking with the bartender we then learned the air conditioning was out and had been out since LAST YEAR. I was immediately stunned because why wouldn't this be something guests are told on the phone or even upon check-in BEFORE payment is rendered? My friend and I bowled two games in the sweltering heat in an attempt to still have a decent evening and left wet. I will not be back here unless the air conditioning is fully operational.

Mr. Mengel, the manager, and our server Amber went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs—attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making our day special. The food? Delicious. The drinks? Perfectly made. The service? Absolutely flawless. What made the afternoon even more meaningful was the tradition we started—our families now crown a champion every year with a signed bowling pin. It’s no longer just a game; it’s a tradition and a cherished memory in the making. Kings didn’t just give us a fun afternoon—they created an experience we’ll never forget.
