I’ve dealt with them a few times over the years and service is always good. Had an issue with my windshield getting destroyed and not figuring out how it happened, but I didn’t make a fuss because they allowed me to store the vehicle there for quite sometime before I was able to junk it.

All the staff at Kitu’s Auto provided me with top tier customer service and quality work on my vehicle. The office staff was on top of the entire process with my insurance company, down to ordering the parts needed for my repair. Kitu himself is very hands on with the repair process ensuring everything is done correctly and communicating details related to the repair. They were super helpfuly getting me schedule and working with me on timing since I drove from out of town. I could not ask for a better collision repair experience. This is an excellent collision repair team. While I hope to never need their services again, (who wants to be in an accident) I’ll be sure to use Kitu’s Auto if I do.
I recently moved to Ohio, so when I needed an auto repair, I had no idea who to go to or who I could trust. I found Kitu’s Auto Online, by the grace of God. I called and got an appointment for an estimate the same day, the very next day my car was fixed. Kitu has EXCELLENT customer service. He was friendly and warm, with great energy.
