Kloss was the first place we shopped and it was the place we came back to after visiting other stores. Nate was attentive and more than willing to answer any questions we had. He responded quickly when we realized on the way home that we hadn't received a discount we'd discussed, and fixed it right away. We had a special order, and knew that it would take several weeks. When I checked in, he was responsive with the info he had, and personally called to schedule the delivery. The two guys who delivered the love seat (two days following a major snowstorm) laid down a floor mat on the approach to our front door, and furniture pads inside on the path to the living room. They were careful with both our furniture and our home, and made sure the electronics on the furniture worked before they left. We would not hesitate to return to Kloss in the future.
My wife and I were really undecided in choosing the furniture piece we wanted. After going to Kloss in Fairview Heights, we wanted to check a lot of other stores . We had e good experience at the FH Kloss store , so we hung onto that. After seeing various other stores, and not finding what we wanted,and changing our options, we decided to check out Kloss in S County. Perfect ! Being undecided, and shopping, the sells person allowed us a lot of freedom, while doing our thing. Friendly, in touch, but not bothersome., she was very helpful that way. Between the FH and S County stores and their knowledge of each other’s desire for our best interest, my wife & I were able to discuss & decide. Thank you for that opportunity! Working w: us on the price was also a plus in walking out the store very pleased w/ the whole total experience!!
Eric T. was very patient and answered all of our questions. He truly works to understand the needs and desires of his customers. He did not rush us or pressure us to purchase. We value his professional opinion and timeliness in returning our call. We look forward to purchasing from Eric at Kloss Furniture in South County again.
From the moment we walked in, Nate was ready to assist! He gave us the breakdown of where things were in the store, the history of Kloss, and the benefits of buying from them. As we walked the store to find our new couch, Nate was available to answer questions, look up costs, and chat about pros and cons of pieces for our pet heavy home. Once we did find the right couch for us, Nate was our guy with color options, delivery services, and set realistic and transparent expectations for when we’d get delivered. We’re excited for our new couch and should we need anything else, we’re ready to work with Nate again.
Amber was an amazing sales represenative. She greeted us with a warm smile and helped my wife and I to find the furniture we were looking for to purchase. There was no pressure just patience with us. She explained everything and let us try out the furniture to get a feel of it. We left the store to return in a couple of days with measurements to insure the furniture was the right fit. When we purchased the furniture, Amber explained everything and helped us get the best price. She went above and beyond her job. She is definitely a people person. She definitely believes in customer service.
