I can’t say enough good things about Steve Snider. He came in to look at my furnace installation, took the time to really understand what was going on, and didn’t leave until everything was working properly and adjusted to fit my home and our needs. His expertise was obvious, but what really stood out was his kindness and calm, reassuring demeanour. He explained things clearly, never rushed, and truly went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Steve is a huge asset to the team. If I ever have furnace issues again, I genuinely hope he’s the one who shows up at my door.
We had a major clog in our dual kitchen sink and vigorous plunging wouldn’t solve it. Decided to call Knight Plumbing, and right from that initial phone call we received great customer service. The person was very courteous on the phone and tried to see what they could do to get a plumber out to us as quickly as possible (non-emergency). Bing came out to us very promptly and saved the day! He was extremely upfront about the pricing and what he suggested was exactly what was required. Bing provided friendly service, shared lots of tips with us, and did a great job of cleaning up both during and after the work. Super professional! Will definitely utilize Knight Plumbing again!
Overall, I have had a solid experience with Knight & have worked with them a few times since the summer. From the sales rep, to the tradesman (and everyone else I have talked to within that process, ie office staff) they’ve been professional, approachable, and quick to provide solutions/options. More on the most recent project, which was upgrading to a tankless water heater: Dave & Alex were great to work with, they earned a 5 star review; They explained everything clearly, were happy to answer any questions along the way and it was clear they were confident in what they were doing (despite a few obstacles). I was impressed with how clean the install was when it was all said and done. They went above & beyond the assignment, and I appreciate the little details that often get missed (like sweeping the staircase on their way out). Based off my experience on a few installations & service calls, I would recommend Knight Plumbing & Heating.
Even though my issues wasn’t resolved at the time of my call due to the age of my furnace, Justin was very professional and explained everything fully. Would recommend Knight for sure. UPDATE: Austin was great on helping get a new furnace, answered my question and did a great job explaining this. Jordan H and Patrick were able to install my new furnace in record time. Felt bad for them having to work in the cold. Very professional, friendly and went over everything to explain my new system. Knight is starred in my contacts and would definitely call them with any issues.
We had a great experience working with Knight to install a new high efficiency furnace and heat pump. We felt very informed about our options and no pressure from sales associate Tylan. Communication with him was easy and he was very fast in responding to any questions we had. Technicians Patrik and Josh were awesome, very kind and respectful in our home. They were very honest, hard working and did an excellent job with the install. We would not hesitate in recommending Knight to our friends and family as we had a really positive experience
