David is an amazing trainer. I am so thankful to have found his gym four years ago! His workouts are quick, effective, and challenging, while still adaptable for all fitness levels. I started with him out of shape and lacking confidence, and now feel stronger and more capable than I ever have. Bonus points for having so many class times that it was easy to find one to fit into my work schedule.
D. Knott does an amazing job of making everyone feel accepted. He will push you but not drive you to quit. He also makes you laugh while he's training you which makes the workouts fun. He has a wonderful attitude and cares about people. He has a great heart which shines brightly and a positive attitude which is infectious. The people working out also have a good time and it makes for a fun atmosphere 😀.
David is a great trainer. His positive attitude and innovative workouts help my wife and me stay fit.

Knotts Gym has been an outstanding place to work out. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything you need for a solid training session. The atmosphere is motivating without being overwhelming, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their members’ progress.
