Shawana was AMAZING! I've never hired a cleaning service before but I've been so stressed with moving apartments and decided to have someone clean before my move-out. Amazing service and staff! Sol was the loveliest and kindest lady who did the most amazing job. I do not know what kind of magical powers she had but Sol made my entire house sparkling clean! She made my house look like it belongs in showroom. Sol was so detailed, not one speck of dust is left in my home. The whole company is amazing, I had the pleasure of speaking to the manager, Afra who is just so gracious and helpful. Very grateful for such wonderful service provided by Kokoro Cleaners. I was in a timeline pinch to get my apartment cleaned. I called late on Saturday (almost closing time) and I was greeted by kindness and professionalism on the phone. My information was gathered, services were explained and a rate was given. And here I sit, on the very next day (Sunday) in a thoroughly clean apartment! A team of 2 had my place sparkly clean in just an hour! They were friendly, efficient, and communicated well with me.
