I’ve been disappointed with my experience working with this law firm. Communication has consistently been slow, and getting timely responses has been challenging. Important updates often required multiple follow‑ups, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I will not be using this firm again. Throughout my experience, communication was consistently slow, and follow‑up was almost always initiated on my end. It often took multiple attempts to get basic updates, which made the process far more stressful than it needed to be. I understand that legal work can be complex, but timely communication and responsiveness are essential—especially during situations where clients already feel uncertain or overwhelmed. Unfortunately, this firm did not meet those expectations. While they may have the expertise, the lack of responsiveness and delays left me feeling unsupported. I hope they improve their communication processes for future clients, but based on my experience, I will be seeking representation elsewhere moving forward. I will not be suggesting any of my friends to use this firm
10/10 I have used KPB for all my (and my family's) immigration needs, from Advanced Parole to US Permanent Residency, and now for my Citizenship. Im approved! :) I highly recommend attorneys Wilson & Paulo, and paralegal Tomas via the Walnut Creek office. Atty. Paulo went above and beyond, and they showed they genuinely care about their client's outcomes. Forever grateful.
