Kristin is fabulously thoughtful and helpful. Our discussions eventually led to the realization that I actually needed to board my kitty because of the chaotic nature of my apartment building and elderly Stella’s special needs. Even though I wouldn’t be using her service, Kristin went out of her way to put in extra effort and help me find The Right Place for Stella. Hooray! I am deeply grateful for Kristin’s knowledge and diligence.
I have used Kristin’s services for my own senior kitty before he passed several years ago and I am shocked to read Alona Navarrete’s one-star review! I am passionate about supporting businesses that truly do take the well-being of animals and their clients seriously and felt it important to not only report this ad, but also to write my own reply reviewing my own positive experiences in hopes that others might use their better judgement as this owner whose senior kitty (sadly) passed away has clearly mistaken KKC for another pet-sitting business. It is easy to find Alona’s other reviews on Yelp. She has many one-star reviews for pet care in the Richmond/El Sobrante area, an area that KKC does not even service. I have spoken with Kristin personally as well and there is no record of Alona having ever used her services. While I hope Alona does the right thing and removes her mistaken review here and on Yelp, I can only say good things about KKC. My senior kitty, Switch, who passed away several years ago was cared for by Jennifer, a wonderful sitter who made sure his special diet instructions were followed and sent me many photos and regular updates - it was a great experience. I would absolutely use Kristin’s services again should I find myself with another furry friend in the future. She goes above and beyond, is professional and reliable.
Excellent kitty care from the team at KKC! Easy bookings online. Super responsive communication before bookings. Flexible with changes. The actual sitters have been wonderful, especially Aisha who always sends thoughtful pictures and a mini report about how our cat is doing. Can't recommend enough!
I've been using Kristin's cat sitting services for nearly a decade now (wow, has it really been that long?!) across several addresses all over SF and Oakland. Each of the sitters I've worked with through Kristin have been reliable, friendly, and clearly love cats :) When being paired with a new sitter, they'll do a consult with you, learn about your cats routines, work out the logistics, etc. After that successive bookings are straightforward and easy through the website. You'll get a daily update from the sitter. It's a treat to get some photos and notes on how the cats are doing. Pricing is super reasonable, and most importantly, I trust Kristin and the sitters she works with.
We use KKC several times a year to care for our 3 cats, and we’ve been customers for a few years now. We’ve always been paired with friendly and caring sitters who take great care of the kittens and our house. They send a lot of pictures and detailed updates, which we look forward to every day!
