We have known Kyle for several decades and were one of his very first clients when he started in real estate. What we know is his kindness, integrity and dedication are genuine. We recently had Kyle again help us to sell our home. It was a challenging time for us, and the housing market was slowing down. Kyle was patient, incredibly supportive & knowledgeable to help guide us throughout the process. Kyle and his wonderful team worked hard to help us sell our home quickly and were amazing to work with! We would absolutely give the highest recommendation to chose Kyle without hesitation!!!
Kyle is an amazing Realtor to have on your side for a new build home. He was very informative and worked directly alongside our builder sales rep to get us the best possible deal on our new home. He supported us from out of state to the final closing process, and never missed a beat when it came to things we needed done or questions we had during the process. This is the second time we have had the opportunity to work with Kyle and both times he went above and beyond our expectations.
There are not enough superlatives to adequately describe our experience with Kyle and his office staff. We live in NM and owned a second home in Anthem. Our goal was to purchase a new build house in Peoria and then sell our Anthem home - mostly from NM. Kyle guided and advised us throughout the purchase of the new build. Since he has a vast network of colleagues in the building industry, he was able to provide truly outstanding references for interior design, landscaping, painting, electricians, etc. This was invaluable for us given that we had no local knowledge of tradesmen and sub-contractors. All the references were exactly like Kyle: honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. The subsequent sale of the Anthem house was handled flawlessly. Kyle counseled and advised us about comps and the current market climate. He suggested an asking price that was reasonable and well-researched. The result was a sale considerably quicker than average, and at a highly acceptable price to us. Elisa is Kyle's office manager, and she is patient, friendly, efficient, and always reachable. Throughout the numerous questions and assistance for which we required support, Elisa was invariably available for anything we needed. It cannot be emphasized enough how comforting this was given we were not geographically present most of the time. Kyle and his staff went the extra mile (literally) to be available at both home sites when we were in NM and a representative for us was required. This was not something expected or anticipated, but is an example of their commitment to serve clients. The best way to summarize our experience is through people in Phoenix who either know Kyle personally or have worked with him. Every person we spoke to touted Kyle's honesty, professional integrity and considered him a friend. We now include ourselves in this group.
