Ordered the quesabirria tacos. I couldn’t finish it, the mean was too chewy and hard to bite through, it tasted old and reheated. The limes were hard and dry and there was a hair in the taco.
It's great food. At least the tacos are excellent. I am not a birria person, so I didn't like it. But the service is good and the open location is great.
Very decent Quesabirrias. We ordered two combos, each one included 3 Quesabirrias with an 8oz cup of birria broth (a.k.a. consomé), the Birria broth made of sheep had a bit more flavor, the tortillas are big and they seem to be hand made, which gives the Quesabirria a nice touch, also the cheese has a decent flavor. Moreover, we ordered Barbacoa which we loved too since it was not too fatty. Overall, we had a good experience with the food, prices are accessible, the only thing is that service was a bit slow even though we were the only customers but I guess they were still preparing some of the items, however, it's worth the wait.
Best birria tacos! My partner and I had been craving authentic birria tacos and we came across this place, it was more amazing than we could imagine, it’s a pretty place to eat and hang, servers are super nice too… we loved everything about this!
Excellent customer service, the staff at the food truck were very friendly and helpful. We had ordered 2 orders of tacos de birria and wow the food was amazing! The consome had a savory flavour, left me craving for more! Highly recommend this food truck!
