Amazing clinic that isn't about price gouging like greencross. My dog was checked out, his cut looked at under microscope, assessed and prescribed antibiotics and didn't go over $300!!!! Greencross quoted $500 without even seeing my dog. I will be using this Vet as my forever vet, the care level is unmatched and can't thank them enough for taking more than amazing care of my little buddy who has recovered amazingly well
I visited the clinic today and Doctor Mike is an amazing vet and a person! He was very gentle and extremely caring with my baby. Doctor Mike and nurse Suzanne provided truly outstanding care during my visit, showing warm empathy and helping ease my anxiety from the very start. Doctor Mike was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain every step, which reassured me and helped me feel more in control of the situation. Suzanne’s gentle approach and kind words made a genuine difference—her calm presence and understanding helped to settle my nerves and made the whole process far less overwhelming. Throughout my experience, both doctors Mike and nurse Suzanne demonstrated professionalism, patience, and compassion, offering support not only to my baby but also to me as an anxious cat mum. Their approachable nature and willingness to answer all my questions meant I felt genuinely cared for and understood. I am deeply grateful to have had their help and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a caring and supportive veterinary team.
I was so impressed with Mike at this Vet. He was so kind to my little Yorky she had a terrible infection. But now she’s fine now. The charge was amazing. I really would not hesitate to recommend them.
After my vet retired, I was at a loss as to where to take my girl, Poppy, who has chronic issues. So glad I found Dr Mark at Labrador Vet Surgery. He is so caring, knowledgeable and explains everything so well. The nurses are also always so friendly and helpful. Took Poppy here for over four years until, sadly, Poppy could go no more. Dr Mark and Lisa were just so gentle and compassionate to the end. Would give ten stars if I could. Highly recommended!!
Took our litter of 6 pups here in September, thought i’d already reviewed but appears not! Highly recommend!! Staff were all friendly and welcoming, brought the pups in for their first vaccinations and everything went so smoothly and much quicker than i thought! Very well put together team of vets and nurses, thank you for having us! 🩷
