My furnace was not working properly, on and off randomly. I found a technician on Redbook(XHS). The technician could not figure out the reason behind, but asked me to replace some parts at high cost. Then contacted laird&son, and Daniel was sent to check my furnace. Daniel did a thorough inspection and explained everystep he did. Finally the reason was that the water pipe I made was kinking. I only paid for inspection fee because nothing needs to chage. And Daniel left some useful advices in case the furnace is down again. Thanks.
Great customer service from start to finish. Someone actually answers the phone and books your appointment, and the communication is solid throughout. I especially appreciated the SMS when the technician was on the way — it even included a photo, so you know exactly who’s showing up at your door. This was the second time we’ve used Laird & Son, and once again they delivered. Alex was excellent — he quickly diagnosed the issue with our furnace, explained what was going on in clear, plain language for both my wife and me, fixed the problem, and offered helpful advice on the best setup going forward. All of this was done professionally and with a genuinely courteous attitude.
Laird and Son Heating and Air Conditioning installed my air conditioner approximately 16 years ago and provided annual maintenance. I always found their technicians to be courteous and efficient. When it was time to install a new furnace, a tankless water heater and a new humidifier I had no hesitation reaching out them to provide a quote. Kyle, one of their sales reps came to the house and outlined very clearly my options. I was impressed by his knowledge about the equipment I was looking to install. After reviewing the quote I moved forward with the purchase. Three days ago the work was completed in a professional manner. The three technicians, Jason, Mike and Mack arrived on time, worked throughout the day and left the space in good order. They took the time to make sure we understood how to adjust the thermostat, the water heater and the humidifier before they left. I would have no hesitation recommending Laird and Son to others for this type of work.
Today, I had my water tank maintained and flushed, my furnace inspected and maintained, and my humidifier pad properly installed and unit maintained . Daniel Salazar, the Technician , went above and beyond to carry out all work with great care and expertise. I appreciated all the helpful and valuable safety tips he offered. I learned so much from Daniel showing and explaining how my units work, but most importantly, his advice to keep maintaining them as I do. I have never experienced this quality service before. I hope to have Daniel service my units in future. A top-notch experience!
Have been a longtime customer of Laird & Son and have always found their service and customer support first rate. We had Laird & Son replace our home's furnace system and air conditioner unit back in 2013 and have annually relied on their team for service and regular maintenance checks. They have always been very courteous to deal with and quick to respond. Most recently, when we had an issue with our furnace, the front office support team and in particular technicians Alex and Bryan were thorough in diagnosing the problem and getting us back up and running quickly, which we greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!!
