Lane7 is not just a bowling alley, it's a whole event. I love their neon interior and music, it immediately creates the right mood. We had a great time playing bowling and retro slot machines. In 2026, it's still the most stylish place in the city to meet friends. The view of the embankment from the panoramic windows is a special bonus!
My partner and I visited Lane 7 one afternoon and had a brilliant time. From the moment we arrived, the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the facilities were clean, modern, and well kept. The bar added a lovely touch too, making it an easy place to spend a few hours. Steven, who looked after us at the bowling area, was fantastic from the start. He knew everything about the lanes, the equipment, and the venue itself. He explained things clearly, made sure we were comfortable, and even pointed us towards the photo booth, which turned out to be a great suggestion and added a fun extra moment to our visit. His attitude was upbeat and genuine, and nothing felt rushed or forced. Rosie was our main point of contact, and she was honestly exceptional. She took the time to walk us through how everything worked, set us up with a card that automatically added £10 of credit, and made sure we could jump straight into the arcade without any delay. On top of that, she gave us two full games of bowling for free, which was such a generous surprise and really made our day. She was warm, polite, easy to chat to, and genuinely seemed to care about giving us the best experience possible. The arcade itself had a great selection of machines, ranging from classics and ticket games to basketball hoops, air hockey, and newer modern games. Everything worked smoothly, and the environment had a lively but comfortable feel. At the end of the day, what truly set the visit apart were Steven and Rosie. They went above and beyond in a way you rarely see. Steven brought energy, enthusiasm, and helpful knowledge, making us feel completely at ease. Rosie showed kindness, patience, and a real passion for customer service, turning what could have been a standard visit into something special. Together, they created an experience that was not only enjoyable but genuinely memorable. They are a credit to the venue, and because of people like them, we’ll definitely be returning.
Christmas trip with school friends- excellent from when we stepped through the door. Friendly service with Jim and Olivia looking after us. Food was a great surprise and well presented and tasty.. just what you need. Overall an amazing experience and we shal be back
We had a brilliant afternoon at Lane 7. We started off with darts, then had 2 games bowling. Next had a trial golf experience which was great fun. Olivia looked after us amazingly, great customer service! Thank you, we will be back!
Great fun, quite a few things to do, but not usual normal things, fairly diverse choice of what to do. Fairly pricey but I'd say it's worth it! 2 rounds of bowling only lasted about 30 minutes for around £30 Shooting which is really fun and lasts 25 minutes. Even more fun with multiple people. Really friendly and helpful staff, treated us in a way that made me feel important which was very nice.
