I had a short DST test failure on my laptop. I took it there for repair. Mike and Skylar were both friendly and informative. They replaced my hard drive with a solid state drive, and upgraded the memory capacity. Fortunately, there were able to clone my hard drive before it died completely. That was great for me, as all of my data, programs and bookmarks were preserved. What I got back is a super speedy, computer that has everything that was on it before. In that way it’s better than new. I’m very happy with their service and pricing. I would go back for my repair needs and recommend them to anyone.
I challenged LRD to move a W10 image, from my trading computer, to my new machine, a project that was turned down by two other shops. Not only did they take on the project but they delivered it the same day. I was up and running the same afternoon. Great Tech...Great Service...and a Reasonable Price!!
My son’s laptop stopped working all of a sudden, so I took it to a PC repair shop down in the Springs. They just told me it was the mother board and it wasn’t worth fixing and to just buy a new one from them. Well, this really irked me, so I took it to Laptop Repair Denver for a second opinion and I’m sooooo glad I did! They were so awesome. Skylar told me exactly what the problem was AND that I still had time on the manufacturer’s warranty. Sent it off to the manufacturer and expecting it back soon. These people are very friendly, professional and honest. I will be taking our laptops here if we have any issues in the future and recommending them to others. Edit: We have since had Skylar work on another one of our laptops and she did a great job fixing the issue! Also, our son wanted a gaming desktop and we asked if she could build one for him. She said yes and, OMG, it came out great! Our son is so happy with it because he can now play games that he couldn't before on his laptop. It's not just a desktop build...it's a work of art!!!
