I was never asked if I wanted them to be cut into a round shape, I came in with long square nails. She asked if I wanted them shorter. I said maybe just file them a little. She hacked them all the way off. I was not given the usual pedicure that I normally get, she did not pumice my feet, no massage. Nothing I paid $140 for. I told her I did not like the color, had I known that the chrome was an additional $15, I would have changed the color given the opportunity. Inconsistent shape, polish and she kept moving the lamp and made a huge rent in the polish. I contacted them and asked if they would make it right. I received no reply.
The salon is beautiful inside. I came here because my nail tech Hannah moved over here. I LOVE the place, so clean and everyone is very nice. They also give some VERY yummy complimentary drinks (milk Boba tea was delicious 😋)
This was my first time here! From the welcoming when walking inside down to the service it is Top Tier!! I absolutely enjoyed my experience here. I will definitely be back. I had Gabby, and she absolutely ate down. They gave me complimentary beverage opts and I chose their Hot Tea which was delicious. I will definitely be back and I definitely believe every woman should try this amazing, elegant nail experience. 10/10!
To be honest, I don’t know why this place is rated so high. I made an appointment online for 11 AM today for a builder gel fill. Once seated, I noticed that other people were offered drinks, but I was not offered a drink. After I selected a color, I was informed they did not have the color. Which was fine. I selected another color. I feel like the nail tech was rushing through my service which resulted in bad nail shaping, thick bulky nails, and nails not fully covered in nail polish. He spent about 45 minutes on my nails. On top of all this, he did not use sterilized or new files while doing my nails. The fingernail file and drill bits appeared to have already been used. Also, was not offered lotion or cuticle oil on hands after service was done. Something positive though, the place was clean.
Jody does an amazing job EVERY time with my nails. She holds a special place in my heart too because she did my nails the week before I got engaged. My nails have grown so much since I started getting comfortable with builder gel. I am very lucky to have found her and the L’Arte team. It is very easy to set up appointments on the website in advance or call. Any ideas you have, they can make it happen and are always professional.
