Was treated by Jasmine the majority of my treatment. She was always kind and polite. I am a woman of color and I did not have any discoloration. Jasmine did well at explaining what to expect and elaborating on how she knows the treatment is effective. I also have PCOS and by my 4th treatment I no longer shaved between treatments. Overall 10/10 experience!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Izzy at LaserAway. I’m getting essentially what feels like my whole body treated, and from the very first appointment she made me feel completely heard, comfortable, and confident in the process. Izzy is incredibly thorough and takes the time to listen to every concern, explain what to expect, and adjust treatment based on your comfort level and goals. You can tell she truly cares about both results and patient experience, not just rushing through appointments. She is an amazing nurse and such a huge asset to the LaserAway team. I trust her completely, and I will absolutely be requesting her for every appointment moving forward. If you’re considering laser treatments, Izzy is who you want!!
I had an excellent experience with my laser hair removal service today, thanks to Izzy. She was extremely professional, very thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Izzy explained everything clearly, worked carefully, and did a wonderful job. I couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend her.
Jasmine is wonderful. Very kind and is understanding on how the treatment may be uncomfortable at times. I just received my second set of treatment for cool sculpting and love it so far! I see a tiny bit of difference on my double chin so I’m excited to see how I look after my second set. Highly recommend coming here and working with Jasmine!
LaserAway at the Domain was absolutely AMAZING!!! Sam at the front desk was so very helpful! She helped to get me in at the last minute and was so kind in doing so. She also helped me upgrade treatment and helped me with the financial questions I had as well. I had Nurse Alanna who was so beautiful and helpful and knew a lot about the laser being used, along with the knowledge of hair and its growth. She was very explanatory in everything she was doing; I’m only mad I haven’t done this sooner. Trust me, she makes you feel so comfortable the whole time. Plus, it doesn’t hurt, which was my biggest concern. Try LaserAway for all your laser needs——you will NOT be disappointed!!!
