I came in here nervous about getting lip filler with it looking natural and they referred me the nurse Angie she did such an incredible and amazing job. I highly recommend her. The lips came out supernatural And useful thank you so much Angie and thank you, LaserAway
LaserAway DTLA is hands down one of the best locations I’ve been to. From the moment you walk in, the team makes you feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely taken care of. Chris sets the tone with such a positive, professional energy and always makes the experience seamless. Erica is incredibly knowledgeable and patient she really takes the time to explain everything and make sure you feel confident in your treatment plan. Genie is amazing she’s gentle, reassuring, and clearly knows what she’s doing, which makes a huge difference. And Dianne is so warm and attentive, making sure every detail is handled and nothing feels rushed. The entire team works so well together, and you can tell they truly care about their clients and results. I always leave feeling happy, confident, and excited to come back. Highly recommend this DTLA location and this amazing team!
Vibes are definitely off at this location. Specifically with the male receptionist Chris, like eww so condescending. Aside from that, I loved the nurse who did my Botox loved her! UPDATE AFTER VISIT: I was so over LaserAway after my interaction with him. I was going to go elsewhere for my juvederm filler but Jae and I spoke about it. I just really would much rather avoid that man by all cost! I’ll give it another go and this time I’ll do a video review 🩷 let’s see how it goes! If it’s bad like my first visit I will NEVER give this pace a chance again.
Staff was so nice and helpful! I wasn’t sure what my entire package entailed and my nurse Diane was super educated. Can’t remember the front desk persons name but he’s the literal best!! He got me set up for my next appointment and made me feel right at home. Can’t wait to come back!
I’ve been coming here for my treatments and every visit is consistently great. The front desk team is friendly, welcoming, and always makes check-in super easy. The nurses explain everything clearly and make sure I’m comfortable the entire time. The clinic is clean, organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciate with my schedule. I’ve seen great results already, and the staff always gives helpful guidance on what to expect and how to get the best outcome. Overall, such a smooth and positive experience every time highly recommend LaserAway DTLA!
