Launch not only has GREAT pizza but the best staff as well! What a tremendous experience. I highly recommend Launch for all ages! Daija, Caleb, Meghan, and Dante were super helpful and accommodating! Thank you!
We went to Launch tonight and had so much fun! It was a larger facility than expected, the location has not only trampolines but several other play areas, including an arcade and a laser tag room. My son especially loved laser tag, the kids were able to run around for a fair amount of time. Launch staff showed an intro. video and helped get the kids ready to play, so it wasn’t so scary. They have a concession area and seating if you want a quick bite or need to take a break. They also make it convenient to put away your belongings while you walk around and trampoline. Overall, it’s a great location and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy and we were offered a couple different ticket/package options. You can choose a time limit and there’s a few options to add/select from so it pretty reasonable. We are excited to have found Launch and had so much fun during our visit. Thanks again to the amazingly patient and friendly staff for helping to make our experience so enjoyable. Thank you!
We had a great joint 5 year old birthday party at Launch. The coordinators we worked with were super responsive and accommodating. Ilias was incredible - so thoughtful and attentive!! We couldn’t have asked for a better host to help us!
Morgan (Event Coordinator) went above and beyond to accommodate my son's birthday party when we missed confirmation of the actual date by a week. Despite being fully booked that day, my son and his friend still had a full birthday party experience. Shoutout to Morgan!👏🤗
Thank you for making our leukemia warrior’s day so memorable. We can’t even begin to find the words to express how much your kindness means to us. For a little while, we were able to step outside the stress of treatment and just watch him be a happy little boy…and that gift is priceless. 🧡🥹🏁🚗
