They don't not accommodate all shapes of nails! Sorry if you have a disability this place does not have an artist that is creative or the ability to perform all services across the board in the nail industry! They can't do this shape nail! I guess only in California you can be creative and not Boring and the same as the next chick! My nails do not look good any shape they offer! Sorry Guess I'll go my own gives! 🤪I can do my own nails it's not difficult! I just wanted wine but got told they can't do this! How hard🥳 not hard at all! WHO declines a customer? They have no customer service! Welcome to America where it actually applies to all customers or that is discrimination! My nails n nails beds aren't like EVERYONE ELSES! I AM DIFFERENT! 🦄 THIS SHAPE IS ALL I ASKED FOR! He offered to take them off and put his shape on& HOW RUDE AND FEO!
Not a fan, very picky when it comes to my nails. My friend wanted me to go to her tech, but the lady literally refused to do my nails (mind you ive never been here before).. First I asked for short, they put these long ass tips on then I asked for them to be filed 3 times, they didn't shape the nail and kinda had an attitude when I asked for them to be shorter. As a black girl using light pink against my skin tone is not cute nor is it a naturally base but by this point I was over it and ready to go. They said the nails wouldn't be see through and you can see my nail bed. The owner said the nails would cost “$70” and I ended up paying “$85”. Probably won’t be back 5/10.
I wanted to share some feedback about the gel polish they use. I've noticed that my nails start chipping significantly after about a week. While I appreciate the quality of the service, I feel that the durability of the polish could be improved, especially considering the price.
First time back in a minute. It was very clean and renovated. Giving upscale and the prices were not bad at all. They pride themselves on quality and being quick! I got the French tortoise nails and they were gorgeous! I left very happy with my birthday nails and they are perfect for fall. Definitely a spot to check out and you can enjoy some wine while they do them. My nails techs name was Sandy!
So completely my fault…. I should have asked for prices before I sat down. But 51 for a fill and cut down on 8 fingers. My thumbs don’t have nails. That’s a bit much. She did ok. I wanted them shaped skinny coffin they aren’t. But the staff was nice just threw me off with the price. I just wanted a fill so I can grow out one finger that broke on my nail bed. No color or anything just a fill so I don’t break anymore before I get a soak off. Update: I didn’t think I would have to do this but not even 24hrs later one of my nails broke. I have acrylic over my real nails which are the length of the acrylic and now it’s broken off smh I have had my nails for awhile and now one is gone not happy. Another update: so it’s been almost a week and my nails look like crap. The acrylic is so thin on some nails it has lifted. I spent 56 with tip on something I now have to go get fixed or my nails will break. I’m disappointed in the quality.
