Unfortunately I have to say I trusted them very much but sadly they have disappointed me. I agreed with other reviewers saying “the first thing they asked about was money, and once you pay them, they start ignoring you” so upsetting. I’ve been trying to get in contact to the office but don’t pick up and direct me to the voicemail. When they finally answered, the receptionist told I was going to be called later in the day but never received that call, now I’m calling again and going through the same waste of time. Only way to talk to them was going in person to the office and if it’s for something simple, wouldn’t be easier and practical answer a call? The worst part is I already paid most of the money, so now I suppose I have to keep trying, I don’t know what to do. I also got to say this wasn’t like that until the last year I almost paid everything and my case has been sitting in one their desk for long time. I understand that today migration is under complicated circumstances and times, but I would expect more emphaty.

What a horrible experience with these people. I took two of my nephews and one of their wives to them. They are absolutely careless and arrogant. The first thing they asked about was money, and once you pay them, they completely ignore you. They don’t respond to any of your requests, concerns, or questions. They put you on hold and never answer, eventually directing you to voicemail. If you call repeatedly, they either block you or simply stop answering. Stay away from this law firm. Their services are abusive, careless, reckless, and arrogant on every level. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business. I called Attorney who was handling my nephews case and no answer. Text no answer. Email no answer finally after five days got back to me stating that she thinks that it’s going to be a waste of money consulting with her and I should look elsewhere because the case is not strong enough, and the money is not well worth it for them to do the work or take the case horrible they’re all about money! If they know you’re going to be deported, they will take your money and wait until the day you get deported they will not do any progress in your case. They will constantly collect the money from you and not provide any work eventually wait for you to be deported by ice. my final request was for them to convert my nephews J One visa to student visa and of course it was a small case. They didn’t wanna work on it.
I really want to give thanks to the entire team for helping me to have my permanent residency card today. ....Thanks for all the attention and dedication .. especially Bervely, GB, and Leticia ... Thank you !! God bless you for helping people to achieve their American Dream!!
