This was the best AC repair experience I have ever had. Cory was incredible! After one of the big companies diagnosed a mechanical error in my newer unit, I called him to give me a second opinion. He gave a thorough inspection and found it was not a mechanical issue at all, but a short in the thermostat. His hard work saved me and my family thousands of dollars. He did expert work and was very honest about the issues and took time to educate about what he was doing and why. We have found our new AC guy! This company is great and you absolutely need to check them out!
I have a new ivac system from 2024, installed by a different company that has never worked reliably since I bought it. I called Lawrence Air today and Corey came out. He is excellent at what he does and explains it in a way that is understandable to me. He identified all the issues that mainy centered around improper wiring at installation, as well as a UV light that was installed inside the unit cabinet in the attic that was frying the wires and more than likely was causing all the issues that I have been having for the past 18 months. I can't recommend his company enough for the thoroughness, professionalism, honesty and integrity. They no have a lifetime customer as a result of there visit. I also found there pricing to be very reasonable as well. More importantly the UV light could have cause a fire in the attic due to be place inside the cabinet of the unit.Additionally theist company didn't have the correct level of freon in the system, which Corey also addressed.
Cory was very professional did a great job and showed and described every step and explained as he went keeping me informed with all options. His prompt service on a holiday week was a great relief. I would strongly recommend him and his company.
I would highly recommend Lawrence Heating & Air for any HVAC issues that you might have. When I had an issue with my unit, Cory came out and explained everything to me in detail. He even took pictures so I could understand exactly what was going on. This has got to be the most honest and knowledgeable AC company that I have ever dealt with. There is absolutely no upselling like other companies out there. If you want the very best in customer service at a very reasonable price then this is your best bet. A family owned company who actually care about their customers is hard to find. Bravo to Lawrence HVAC for having such wonderful employees and great service.
I highly recommend this business. When I needed them on a Saturday, Cory was there to help. He had our AC unit fixed and running in less than 20 minutes. He also educated us on what to look for next time. I paid a reasonable price. I will definitely be using them again.
