This is my very first time doing Pilates at 32 years old after two kids, and I have to say Rachel Braddock is the absolute best!! She is highly focused on the quality of movement over quantity and will constantly correct your form, adjust the resistance, and provide modifications for the less advanced. Her playlists are fire and will have you going at 6am! Joining Le Bloc was the best decision I've ever made!
I can't say enough great things about the Le Bloc Studio! I never liked working out and I finally found a class that I enjoy going to. Give yourself a month of classes to learn all the moves and cues because once you do, it is well worth your time. Rachel and her crew are top notch!
I have been taking classes at le bloc since January 2024 and am so thrilled with my progress! I’ve gained so much strength and my posture & flexibility are improving all the time! Le bloc has a variety of class times, class styles, as well as teaching styles so you can find what you prefer or change it up throughout the week. Le bloc has a wonderful positive and encouraging environment from the staff and students and I always look forward to taking a class and being challenged to push myself a little further than I think I can go. I highly recommend taking private or group classes at le bloc!
I’ve loved taking classes at le bloc. I have done Pilates for years, but this place is my favorite. The workouts are challenging—there is a good variety of instructors and movements that make sure all my muscles are being worked. My body is always being worked in a new yet balanced way, and you can tell the instructors put a lot of care into planning the classes. The music is great and I leave feeling better when than I came, glad this studio is here in okc :)
Rachel is the greatest Pilates trainer. Having taken her classes in LA I'm so happy that she's finally opened her own studio in Oklahoma City and that it's offering virtual classes so I can keep up with my sessions from afar. I've noticed a difference with my appearance, and so have the people around me: Rachel's workouts definitely work. She has classes suitable for beginners through to advanced and will always take the time to guide you through the workouts, especially if like me you're terrible with coordination like me. Rachel also curates the best soundtracks to go along with the sessions so you won't have to workout in silence.
