Le pet spa is by a long shot the best!! Always so easy to schedule with and Amanda at the front is such a sweet heart. The whole place takes such great care of my Cinco. She always looks so fabulous when she leaves.
Always the best experience. I literally come all the way from Hells Kitchen to get my baby groomed bc Le Pet Spa is simply the best in the entire city. Love them!!!
we came into town and did not have time before we left to stiffen up Ferdinand or long-haired Chihuahua. Judy and her team were more than our groomer at home. They took in Ferdinand and took such great care of him. We had the pleasure of assistance shopping for our other animals and Ferdinand in her beautiful pet shop full of eclectic goodies. We are grateful for their time and service hands-down wonderful beautiful people.
Le Pet Spa has injured my dog & made him bleed several times during his hair cuts. They just care about taking your money and then razing your dog down to the bone. They don’t want to take the time to actually demat your dog or comb through their hair, they will gaslight you and make you believe you’re being cruel if you suggest they demat first and then give a haircut. the real reason they don’t want to demat is cuz it’s too much work and takes too much time (Mong ended up spilling the beans on this & Judy tried to cover up). They don’t care about your dog, just on maximizing their profits and making more money. They manipulate you into believing that using a razor to take all the fur off your dog is cuz they care about not hurting him. But the irony is they actually ended up injuring him & making him bleed not once but on several occasions!! Do NOT take your fur baby here… there are far better and more ethical groomers who will not lie to you and then injure your dog. Never going back here again and have asked several friends to refrain as well!!
We are so happy with Le Pet Spa! They treat our Brooklyn so well and always make her look clean, fluffy, and amazing! It’s a great neighborhood groomer and it’s in a great location! She is always excited to go to the groomer and always happy when she comes home! They’re very responsive to specific instructions and I’m very appreciative for their work!
