Experience was okay. I arrived 10 minutes after the store opened and nothing was ready. I felt like I was intruding. The sales associate explained that her colleague didn’t show up. She was friendly and fast. I only had my spark bracelet on for just over 24 hours and it broke off. Very disappointing considering I paid $145 for it. Not to mention I will have to drive an hour to get it resparked. Feeling slightly regretful with the purchase as I was extremely delicate and it broke right off. ** EDIT** I am pleased to say that I went to the mount pleasant location and they replaced the bracelet and were so kind and friendly. The bracelet has held up for over a month. Happy I went back.
It was a nice surprise that the Leah Alexandra at the Pacrim wasn’t a pop up! The girls were really nice and helpful. I love the round bezel pendant in white sapphire. It’s a dainty charm that adds a little sparkle on a necklace stack!
The girls at this location were absolutely lovely - so helpful and informative! I was picking up my birthday spark ring, and I love the connector they suggested. It’s stunning and I honestly can’t stop looking at it! ✨ The only small piece of feedback I have is about the lighting. We came in around 4 p.m. (understandably in December), and the space felt quite dim. Brighter lighting would really help the gorgeous pieces pop and sparkle and probably would’ve kept me browsing longer. Overall, the service was fantastic and made my birthday purchase feel extra special!
Terrible quality - the first photo is just 5 days after getting my permanent bracelet and it was already tarnishing. The second photo is 4 weeks later where it has turned completely black despite it being polished.
My friend and I came in for matching bracelets. The staff member was friendly when I first arrived and I let her know I was a bit early but was there for a Spark appointment and was waiting for my friend. We picked out the chain and charm we liked and the appointment moved pretty quickly. My friend went first and the associate was helpful in explaining to her that if you have a few it can be better to do one a little tighter so they don't get tangled together as often. This was her 2nd bracelet so she agreed to do it tighter. It then was my turn. This is my 5th permanent bracelet and I had expressed a preference for mine to fit on the slightly looser side. I asked for it to be around the same length as the other ones on my wrist. I felt ignored as the associate didn't say anything, measured and clipped the bracelet and began attaching it to the charm. She then put in on my wrist, didn't ask what I thought about the length or give me time to look at it and then sparked it on me and then our bills were rung up. This experience didn't feel anything like the service I've had at the flagship store when I've gone in for appointments. The staff have been super friendly and helpful, checking to make sure we were happy with the length and our charm choices. This appointment felt rushed and maybe lacking in attention to detail as my evil eye charm and my friend's are not both facing the same way. One is upside down and the other is right side up :p With these bracelets coming to over $300 each this is not the service I'd expect to receive and I don't think I'd recommend this location.
